Job Summary
Supervises and manages daily restaurant operations across restaurants/bars and room service, assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, and supports servers and hosts during peak periods. Focuses on maximizing guest and employee satisfaction and financial performance, determines training needs, and implements development plans. Leads and coaches the food and beverage team to meet service standards, compliance with laws, and continuous improvement in guest experience and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
