Job Summary
Lead Pearl Outlet as a hands-on, guest-focused Outlet Manager, driving exceptional dining experiences, strong commercial results, and a high-performing team within a luxury hotel environment. Oversee day-to-day operations of Pearl Outlet, ensure exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, and brand consistency. Coach and develop the outlet team, foster engagement, accountability, and performance excellence. Drive revenue, cost control, and profitability through effective planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards, while continuously enhancing quality and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma / Secondary school education or Equivalent qualifications
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
