Job Summary
Supervise daily restaurant operations, manage staffing levels, and assist servers and hosts during peak meal periods. Maintain sanitation standards, ensure compliance with food handling and liquor laws, and oversee purchasing and payment of invoices. Lead the food and beverage team by coaching staff, setting performance standards, and resolving guest complaints to maximize financial performance and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
