Job Summary
Oversee daily outlet operations ensuring smooth service delivery and strict compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations. Manage and supervise staff through scheduling, training, and performance evaluations while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly. Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage procurement to optimize profitability, preparing budgets and submitting financial reports to senior management. Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and culinary teams to implement marketing initiatives that drive revenue. Analyze sales metrics to identify improvement opportunities and maintain detailed operational records. Represent the outlet professionally while embodying Fairmont values and hospitality excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6-7 years of progressive experience in outlet management, food and beverage operations, or hospitality management
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L statements and achieving financial targets
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Exceptional customer service orientation with demonstrated ability to resolve guest concerns professionally
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Experience in Indian hospitality market or managing culturally diverse teams
- Demonstrated success in revenue management and cost optimization initiatives
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and vendor relationship management
- Experience developing and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns
