Job Summary
Lead Pearl Outlet as a hands-on, guest-focused Outlet Manager within a luxury hotel environment. Oversee day-to-day operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, coach and develop a high-performing outlet team, and ensure revenue, cost control, profitability, and brand consistency. Ensure health, safety and food hygiene standards are met while continuously enhancing quality and guest satisfaction. Requirements include college diploma or equivalent, English proficiency (additional languages advantageous), MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- College diploma / Secondary school education or Equivalent qualifications
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint knowledge
- Ability to speak other languages advantageous
