Serve guests in a hospitable manner at the Hotel Colonnade bar, maintain bar setup and stock, prepare drinks using standard recipes, garnish and present beverages, input orders into POS, balance cash, and ensure compliance with state/federal alcohol-service requirements. Emphasizes guest interaction, accurate cash handling, and teamwork within a hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages
- Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, and manage cash drops
- Sufficient manual dexterity to use a knife, handle glassware and bottles, scoop ice, and garnish drinks
- Ability to stand and work for long periods; ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
- Hotel experience preferred
