Job Summary
Greet guests and arrange seating at Hard Rock Bristol’s Noodle Bar, monitor dining room atmosphere, provide information on services, manage waiting lists or reservations, assist with tray service and table setup, and support wait staff. Uphold guest-service standards, attend meetings, and demonstrate a professional, energetic hospitality presence. Requires on-the-job training or related cashier/host experience; flexible shifts and the ability to obtain necessary licenses/certifications per gaming regulations; background check and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
- Must successfully pass background check.
- Must successfully pass drug screening.
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
