Outlet Greeter at Casino Rama within the Food & Beverage team; greet guests, seat diners, manage guest flow and reservations, maintain professional appearance and service etiquette, assist across restaurant outlets, know menu items, ensure compliance with coupon/policy procedures, and uphold guest satisfaction with strong English communication and an optional French-language skill set.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in a fast paced environment in a similar role preferred
- Must have or be able to acquire Smart Serve certification
- Excellent verbal English communication skills; read and write in English
- French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset
