Job Summary
Manage the after-market resale Outlet operation by supervising team members, coordinating logistics for donated goods, and ensuring accurate inventory and sales transactions. Direct daily activities including hiring, training, and evaluating staff while overseeing warehouse and truck yard safety, load/unloading procedures, and hazardous material handling. Optimize profitability through budgeted expense control, vendor coordination for recycling and disposal, and maintaining clean, secure facilities. Work varied hours including evenings and weekends. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 50lbs, and two years of retail management experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments
- Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects as required by job
- Work varied hours, which include evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
