Job Summary
Assist in the general day-to-day operations of the Outlet Store by maintaining a clean, productive and safe work environment; help move and sort donated items, implement quality controls for donated items, and maintain inventory. Supports loss-prevention, handles material transfer between warehouse and sales floor, serves as a fill-in for donation centers, and adheres to safety procedures and attendance policies. Requires the ability to read/write English, interact positively with customers and coworkers, take initiative with minimal supervision, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. This temporary trainee role focuses on supporting outlet operations, inventory management, and basic physical tasks such as lifting and moving goods. Must be at least 18 years old and may involve forklift experience and warehouse duties as preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Prior forklift experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English
- Must be at least 18 years of age
