Job Summary
Greet customers at the entrance, monitor the area for safety and flow, and provide friendly, accurate, and safe customer service throughout the outlet. Price, stock, and merchandise carts or containers brought to the sales floor, while receiving donations and assisting with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the sales floor and work areas. Build or assist with fixtures and equipment as needed, and perform additional related duties as assigned by supervisors. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting items up to 40 pounds, and working in environments with fluctuating temperatures. Required Qualifications
- Weekends Required
- Part-Time / Hourly
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, push, pull, and move merchandise
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing a minimum of 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled work hours
- Comfortable with occasionally working in environments where temperatures and climate may fluctuate
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Ability to use good judgment and exercise patience and understanding
