Job Summary
Lead daily Food & Beverage outlet operations by supervising floor leadership, station assignments, and opening/closing procedures while managing service flow and timing. Act as the key liaison between front and back of house to ensure seamless guest experiences and coordinate beverage operations with strict inventory control. Drive financial performance through labor efficiency and expense management, while overseeing hiring, training, and performance development for team members. Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards, and resolve guest concerns promptly. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Culinary/Hospitality, three years of high-volume leadership experience, and a valid Georgia driver's license. Salary is $65,000 USD with 30-day transitional housing and insurance plans. Candidates must be from Mexico or Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Culinary / Hospitality Management
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience in a high-volume, fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
