Job Summary
Greet customers, assist with purchases, and process transactions for cash, credit cards, checks, and validation tickets while balancing the cash drawer and documenting shifts. Provide exceptional service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and ensuring accurate change calculations and uniform standards. Maintain a clean work area, use a radio for manual garage transactions, and adhere to strict revenue control and money drop procedures. This hourly role requires proficiency in English, manual dexterity, and the ability to sit or walk as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in English both verbally and written
- High School Diploma/GED
- Be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English
- Be prepared to sit for long periods and walk short distances
- Possess the manual dexterity to operate essential office equipment, including computers and cash registers
- Possess the mental ability to be able to process cash and manual transactions
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Smile during every customer interaction
- Maintain uniform standards while around the account
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to create relationships with customers
- Organized, proficient with computers, and strong number skills
