Job Summary
Provide labor and materials for installation and/or replacement of exterior trim components around windows, doors, corners, fascia, soffits, and other architectural elements. Includes removal of existing trim (if applicable), surface preparation and inspection of substrate, installation of new exterior-grade trim (wood, PVC, or fiber cement), proper fastening and alignment for weather resistance, sealing joints with exterior-grade caulk, priming and/or painting if specified, and cleanup. Excludes structural framing repairs and full siding replacement. Start ready now; duration typically 1-3 days. Pay is bi-weekly upon completion of work. Flexible work from home options available.
Required Qualifications
