Job Summary
The Outdoor Skilled Laborer will perform essential duties including pre-punching/drilling holes at splice sections of steel bridge girders, matching marking plates, guiding the MI Jack, setting blocking for loading and storing products, assisting with onsite iron work, and using electric drills where needed. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Previous experience in steel erection or as a general laborer, familiarity with hand and power tools, and an ability to read and follow directions are preferred.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous steel erection (iron worker) or general laborer experience
- Experience using hand and power tools, including drills
- Forklift certification desired, or willingness to obtain while on the job
- Prior experience in truck driving preferred
- Willingness to learn and operate Mi-Jack equipment
