Job Summary
Provide top-tier monitoring support to customers with a goal of keeping homes secure; respond to emergency and non-emergency camera events by interacting with customers directly or via email; ask questions to interpret and resolve situations, dispatch emergency services, or refer callers; enter clear data in the computer system to maintain logs; review and annotate images with attention to detail; stay updated with policy changes during training; obtain multiple state regulatory licenses during the training program and maintain renewals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass multiple state licensing background checks and monitoring related exams
- Proficiency in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- The ability to maintain self composure during high intense emergency situations
- The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
