Job Summary
Join our team as an Outdoor Sales Account Executive, engaging with local businesses to maximize outdoor advertising opportunities and drive sales. Responsibilities include exceeding sales targets, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, making cold calls, and conducting presentations. Ideal candidates will possess strong sales skills, effective communication abilities, self-motivation, and resilience in overcoming challenges. A valid driver’s license is required, along with a college degree and preferred experience in outdoor advertising sales.
Required Qualifications
- Current and Valid Driver’s License required
- Comfort making cold calls over the phone and in-person
- Ability to make oral presentations and clearly articulate policies and procedures
- Align with values of inclusivity and communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds
- Motivation to learn new technology and systems
- Effective time management and self-organization skills
- Willingness to sell the benefits of outdoor advertising
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet sales quotas

- Resilience to rejection
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Outdoor Advertising sales experience preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
