Job Summary
Prepare playful invitations, maintain the nature-inspired play space, and interact with families and children during your shifts. Welcome visitors, answer questions, and ensure the environment remains beautiful and cared for through hands-on setup, cleaning, and equipment movement. This role involves lifting materials, filling water features, and refreshing activities throughout the day. You'll work mornings from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, earning $18-$20/hour. Seasonal through mid-October, this position offers paid training and complimentary play passes.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to consistently commit to approximately 10-15+ hours per week
- Comfortable with the physical side of the role, including lifting, carrying, bending, moving play materials, and completing hands-on setup and cleaning throughout your shift
- Ability to be outdoors and don't mind a little water, sand, mud, or summer heat
- Proactive and naturally notice the little things that would make a space feel more welcoming or cared for
- Ability to take pride in creating a clean, organized, and beautiful environment
- Ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team
- Ability to be dependable and can consistently commit to your scheduled shifts
- Kind, hardworking, personable, and excited to be part of what we're building
- Must complete a background check prior to employment
