Job Summary
Outdoor Hospitality Specialist responsible for greeting guests, monitoring poolside safety and area rules, maintaining cleanliness of outdoor hospitality spaces, assisting guests with towels/amenities, responding to guest concerns and emergencies, and helping set up outdoor hospitality events. Role requires strong communication, attention to detail, ability to stay calm under pressure, and collaboration with team. Requires 18+ years old, background checks, I-9 verification, and no visa sponsorship; hospitality or customer-service experience preferred; CPR/First Aid desirable. Part-time positions with weekend/holiday flexibility and outdoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Background checks will be conducted
- I-9 verification required (State ID/Driver's License and Social Security Card or US Passport)
- No work visas accepted
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification highly desirable or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and during emergencies
- Physical ability to walk, stand for extended periods, and lift light objects
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
