Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests at pool and outdoor hospitality spaces; enforce pool/outdoor area rules and safety regulations; maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside spaces and amenities; assist guests with needs (towels, umbrellas, facility information); respond promptly to guest concerns or emergencies following company protocols; collaborate with team to set up outdoor hospitality events; conduct routine safety checks and report hazards promptly. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, ability to stay calm under pressure, attention to detail, physical stamina for walking/standing, flexibility for varying shifts, and basic knowledge of first aid/CPR is desirable (or willingness to obtain).
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related outdoor role is preferred
- Background checks will be conducted
- Validation of I-9 required (State ID/Driver's License and Social Security Card or US Passport)
