Job Summary
Outdoor Hospitality Specialist responsible for greeting guests, monitoring pool safety, maintaining cleanliness of poolside and outdoor hospitality spaces, assisting guests with towels/umbrellas and facility information, and responding to guest concerns or emergencies. Collaborates with team to set up outdoor hospitality events and activities; conducts routine safety checks and reports hazards. Requires 18+; background checks and I-9 validation; no work visas; hospitality or customer service experience preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to stay calm under pressure; physical ability to walk/stand and perform light lifting; weekend/holiday availability; CPR/first aid knowledge desirable or willingness to obtain certification.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Background checks will be conducted for each applicant
- I-9 validation required (State ID/Driver's License and Social Security Card or US Passport)
- No Work Visas accepted
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and during emergencies
- Physical ability to walk, stand for extended periods, and perform light lifting
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is highly desirable or willingness to obtain certification
