Job Summary
ThirdChannel Brand Rep responsible for educating store associates and customers, merchandising gear, and acting as a brand advocate. Deliver in-store product demonstrations and trainings, lead sessions on products, technologies, and brand values, conduct inventory audits, gather employee feedback, capture in-store photos, and perform competitive product analysis. Travel across the assigned territory to ensure ongoing support and brand alignment in retail environments; requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, visual merchandising experience, reliability, organization, and tech-savviness with the ThirdChannel app and a smart device.
Required Qualifications
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience (retail preferred)
- Genuine passion for outdoor gear and adventure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in visual merchandising
- Reliable, organized, and tech-savvy
- Comfortable installing and using the ThirdChannel app
- Own a smart device (iOS 15.0 or Android 10.0+) with internet access
- Have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel across your assigned territory
