Job Summary
Operate base activities including two youth ropes courses, rockwall, and miniature golf while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Work in a team environment to assist with opening and closing procedures, maintain professionalism, and serve as an ambassador for Winter Park Resort. Attend all required training and rotate through various duties located at the resort base. Be prepared for a high-strenuous outdoor environment involving lifting up to 60 pounds, uneven terrain, and exposure to elements. Work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- High School diploma or GED
