Job Summary
Ticket Host for the Outdoor Adventure Center providing guest hospitality, handling ticket inventory and sales, processing room charges, gift cards, and credit card transactions; performs administrative tasks including reports, calendars, and website updates; supports leadership and department operations; requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork; schedule includes Friday and Saturday 8:30am-5pm; seasonal position ending October 2026 at the Biltmore Estate.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and by e-mail
- Experience or ability to handle ticket inventory and sales
- Experience handling room charges, gift cards, and credit card transactions
- Administrative support duties including preparing reports, calendars, and updating internal department information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, professional demeanor and teamwork
- Scheduling availability including Fridays and Saturdays
- Seasonal employment through October 2026
- Successful background check and, for certain positions, drug screen, physical examination, credit report, and/or driving record
