Job Summary
Outbound Warehouse Supervisor responsible for night-shift leadership, coaching, and ensuring accurate order picking and on-time departures using engineered labour standards. Leads the selection, replenishment, assembly, and loading of products; monitors productivity and safety compliance; develops schedules, analyzes productivity data, and supports budget preparation. Requires experience in logistics/warehouse roles, supervisory capability, familiarity with warehouse systems (SWMS, CANVAS, CANVAS, Workday, Intelex), and strong emphasis on safety and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Logistics/Warehouse role
- Experience in supervising or leading teams in a warehouse/logistics environment
- Knowledge of warehouse systems (e.g., SWMS, Workday, CANVAS, Intelex) and MS Office
