Job Summary
This Operations position involves supervising night warehouse activities, including order selection, product replenishment, loading, and maintaining safety and security. Responsibilities encompass managing labor hours and supplies, preparing work schedules, administering the utilization of company assets, and coordinating repairs. The role includes daily shipping audits, monitoring sanitation, training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to enforce company policies and maintain associate morale.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training
- Obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months
Desired Qualifications
- 2 or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred
