Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, the associate will accurately and efficiently select products in the warehouse and prepare them for shipping by stacking in an orderly and stable configuration while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. RESPONSIBILITIES include reading customer orders from label screens, selecting products by slot and description, assembling orders on pallets in proper sequence, attaching labels, operating an electric pallet jack to move items to dock for staging, reporting merchandise or equipment damage, performing daily equipment checks, assisting with facility cleaning, and adhering to GMP and SQF policies. The role emphasizes safe handling, accurate picking, use of label systems, pallet jack operation, and ongoing adherence to safety and quality guidelines; candidates should be prepared for long shifts, potential temperature extremes, and physical labor aligned with warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 0 – 1 Year relevant work experience
- Frequently lift product weighing 10lb - 75lbs up to 100lbs
- Frequently reach up to 72 inches
- Work in very extreme temperatures (cooler and/or freezer)
- Work on your feet for 10 – 12 hours daily
