Job Summary
Outbound Warehouse Lead on 1st shift responsible for safety compliance and leading a warehouse team; duties include unloading freight and handling production transfers using RF and Material Handling Equipment, completing receiving documents, transfer forms, pallet exchange forms and BOLs, ensuring inventory accuracy, accessing computer for material status and forklift inspections, operating forklifts to load/unload trailers, stocking and pulling orders, rotating raw and packaging materials, packaging finished goods and assisting with UPS/labeling duties, optimizing labor usage, maintaining GMP, housekeeping and floor organization, and participating in safety meetings. Requires 2+ years of leadership experience, 2+ years forklift driving experience, ability to read/write English, basic math skills, teamwork, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years of previous Leadership experience
- Two (2) or more years previous forklift driving experience
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Ability to perform simple math (add, subtract, divide and multiply using a calculator)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
