Outbound Team Lead (Founding Role - Baltics)

Job Summary
Founding outbound leadership for the Baltics: be the first on the ground to establish Brightvision’s presence, build an outbound team from scratch, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signing. Open and grow the market by cold calling, outbound outreach, and strategic positioning; collaborate with leadership on go-to-market plans; represent Brightvision in conversations with senior decision-makers; develop scalable outbound playbooks; hire and lead SDRs as traction grows. Must be a high-energy, self-motivated closer who can operate with minimal direction, comfortable engaging with C-suite and enterprise buyers, and capable of driving growth across the Baltics in collaboration with a globally distributed, remote-enabled team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in cold calling and outbound B2B sales
- Self-motivated and disciplined; can operate without managed oversight
- Strong closer capable of taking deals from first contact to signature
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite and enterprise decision-makers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; professional and polished
- Team player who can uplift others and celebrate collective wins
- Resilient, energetic, and growth-oriented with the ability to create opportunities
- Native or fluent in Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian
- High proficiency in English (business language)
- Advantageous: leadership experience in leading a team, mentoring, or management capacity
- Advantageous: background in B2B, SaaS, or IT sales; experience with international/cross-border sales
- Advantageous: enterprise sales track record
