Job Summary
Execute outbound calling campaigns to connect with assigned Thousand Trails guests and members, driving membership sales, enhancements, and product conversions. Manage lead opportunities through consistent outreach, timely follow-up, and effective pipeline management while using consultative techniques to understand customer needs and guide them through the decision-making process. Meet established performance goals, including sales targets and activity metrics, by accurately maintaining customer records and documenting sales activity within company systems. Partner with internal teams to support a positive customer experience and ensure timely resolution of needs. This role requires a high school diploma and 1-2 years of call center experience, with a focus on performance-driven sales objectives within Equity LifeStyle Properties' network of over 400 communities across North America.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1 -2 years experience in a call center environment
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret information
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and make suggestions for change based on those conclusions
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, co-workers, managers and customers
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must possess knowledge of sending and receiving email
- Must possess knowledge of retrieving information from the Internet
