Job Summary
Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, educating customers on products and services while identifying upsell opportunities. Understand customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accurately, and research or resolve customer issues by coordinating with other departments as needed. Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance, maintain accurate records, and safeguard customer information. Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams and stay current with training, updates, and system changes. Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Job offers are contingent on drug screening results
- Must be able to lift up to forty (40) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
