Job Summary
Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner while educating customers on products and services to identify upsell opportunities. Understand client needs to recommend tailored solutions, use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accurately, and research or resolve customer issues by coordinating with other departments. Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance, maintain accurate records, and escalate complex problems to supervisors. Stay current with training, updates, and system changes while meeting attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
