Job Summary
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to connect with prospective customers, educate them on products, and identify upsell opportunities. Understand client needs to recommend tailored solutions while using internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accurately. Research and resolve customer issues by coordinating with other departments as needed, and escalate complex matters to supervisors. Maintain accurate records, safeguard customer information, and follow scripts to ensure compliance. Stay current with training updates and meet attendance and performance expectations in a professional, courteous manner.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
- Must be able to move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
