Job Summary
Outbound Sales Rep position responsible for high-volume outbound calls and emails to introduce DiscountMugs.com’s branded merchandise solutions, qualify leads, and schedule demos or appointments. Must conduct needs-based conversations, articulate value, document activities in CRM, collaborate with marketing to refine lists and scripts, and continuously build product knowledge while maintaining a professional, energetic phone presence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in outbound calling, cold calling, telesales, or similar roles focused on generating new business
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with ability to adapt to different personalities
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily and handling rejection
- Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency
- Self-motivated, energetic, goal-oriented; able to work independently and in a team
- Preferred: Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or print-on-demand industry
