Job Summary
Conduct outbound phone calls to pending, no-show, and prospect accounts to reschedule installations, overcome objections, collect payments, and schedule initial appointments. Navigate multiple technology systems and Microsoft applications including Excel while following shipping rules and pricing guidelines. Perform competitive shop calls as needed and maintain high attention to detail throughout the sales process from lead creation to installation. Work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST, with a base pay and commission structure ranging from $20,800 to $34,000. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 0-3 years of sales experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong motivation and desire to control own income
