Job Summary
Outbound Sales Agent responsible for prospecting and identifying new business opportunities through calls, building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients, researching target markets and decision-makers, and working with the internal sales team to refine opportunities. Represents a global interiors & workplace design firm with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm. Requires 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B preferred), a proven track record in lead generation or sales support, strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence on the phone, resilience, time-management, and familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
