Handle high-quality inbound leads and guide customers through the sales process, closing deals directly over the phone within the IP environment. Maintain exceptional call quality and ensure all conversations remain fully compliant while identifying opportunities to cross sell relevant products. Manage activity, outcomes, and customer data accurately within Salesforce to consistently achieve conversion and productivity targets. Represent IP with professionalism, strong energy, and ownership of results. This role focuses on strengthening the sales operation within ILA as lead volumes grow, offering a development opportunity for individuals with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
