Job Summary
Make an average of 280 outbound calls daily to prospects and customers for warm lead follow-up and cold sales campaigns. Provide professional support by resolving most sales inquiries while escalating high-level issues to senior staff. Manage ground operational issues, customer complaints, and administrative data entry to maintain accurate systems. Track performance against Sales KPIs including End-of-Day reporting and Same-Day Reply Rate using cloud-based tools. Work onsite in Davao under shifting schedules with an expectation of overtime, requiring strong English communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Capable of Work in-center (Davao Site)
- Good communications skills
- Good command of spoken English
- Speaks with confidence and clear intonation over the phone
- Ability to work with less supervision
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
