Outbound Operations Manager Supply Chain

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience within a distribution center or similar environment
• 1+ year’s proven experience in a managerial role and/or leading teams
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with proactive approach
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred)
• Lean six sigma and project management skills (preferred)
• Experience performing various quality functions (inspection, control, assurance, audits) (preferred)
• Customer-centric spirit and data-driven mindset (preferred)
