Outbound Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary
Book and coordinate outbound freight shipments with carriers, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. Schedule pickups, track shipments through delivery in the TMS, and proactively flag delays or issues to stakeholders. Maintain relationships with carriers, brokers, and 3PL partners while monitoring performance metrics and resolving shipping discrepancies. Work closely with logistics, sales, and fulfillment teams to execute inventory allocation directives and move inventory accurately. Maintain records of transportation activities and independently execute logistics tasks with minimal oversight. This role supports a scaling eCommerce supply chain at a fast-growing wellness brand executing a multi-channel expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with TMS (Transportation Management System)
- Ability to book and coordinate outbound freight shipments with carriers
- Knowledge of accurate documentation and compliance with company standards
- Ability to schedule pickups
- Ability to track shipments from pickup through delivery
- Ability to monitor status in TMS
- Ability to proactively flag delays or issues to carriers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with carriers, brokers, and 3PL partners
- Ability to monitor performance metrics (on-time pickup/delivery, issue resolution)
- Ability to ensure service expectations are met
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve shipping issues (delays, routing problems, missing items)
- Ability to document discrepancies
- Ability to work closely with internal teams including logistics, sales, customer service, and fulfillment partners
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transportation activities including shipment tracking, freight documentation, and communication logs
- Ability to interpret outbound shipment requests
- Ability to independently execute logistics tasks with minimal oversight
- Ability to execute inventory allocation directives by coordinating with FC teams and 3PL partners
- Ability to move and position inventory accurately, on time, and in alignment with demand plans
- Fully remote work environment based in the Philippines
