Job Summary
Own the outbound enablement strategy for the Sales Development organization by designing playbooks, onboarding programs, and coaching sessions that equip SDRs with the skills to generate qualified pipeline. Build and manage comprehensive ramp initiatives defining "Pipeline Ready" milestones while delivering instructor-led workshops and certifications to reinforce best practices. Analyze outbound performance data to identify skill gaps and transform insights into scalable training programs, partnering with Revenue Operations to improve workflows and technology adoption. Standardize methodologies across global teams, champion an AI-first culture by integrating emerging tools like Gong and Claude into practical workflows, and measure effectiveness through key performance indicators including ramp time and activity quality. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and organizational readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the range of tools typically used by a fast-growing SaaS company including but not limited to Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Data Enrichment, BI and Customer Data Management
- Data-driven, highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think 'outside of the box' when faced with challenges and willing to take the initiative to drive performance
- Highly numerate, commercially aware and demonstrating great communication skills
- Naturally inquisitive and driven by results and having an impact in the business
- Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while applying sound judgment and critical thinking
