Job Summary
Outbound fundraising call center agents dedicated to supporting a national nonprofit fundraising campaign. Responsibilities include making outbound donor calls, building rapport, securing one-time and recurring donations, following scripts, documenting donor information, meeting quality/compliance/productivity standards, handling objections professionally, and adhering to campaign hours in a remote, full-time role. Requires empathy, strong communication, active listening, and comfort with donation requests in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous outbound call center experience
- Previous donation collection, fundraising, nonprofit, or pledge drive experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to show empathy and compassion during conversations
- Comfortable asking for donations and overcoming objections
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Experience working in high-volume outbound environments
