Outbound Caller

Connect with potential clients and external parties through outbound and inbound phone calls to set up individual meeting appointments, whether face-to-face, teleconferencing, virtual, or hybrid. Update and maintain databases across departments, including contact information and transaction records, while conducting phone surveys as required. Make outbound calls for specific marketing campaign programs and activities, providing outbound call support on a shared service basis to other departments based on approved requests. Assist with other assigned tasks as needed.
