Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Typing speed and accuracy
