Job Summary

Outbound Business Development Representative in Southern Spain / Dublin: you will identify high-potential companies to benefit from Klaviyo’s solutions, collaborate with Mid-Enterprise Account Executives to implement prospecting strategies, develop and test messaging across multiple channels and personas, contribute learnings to improve the Outbound process, and embody Klaviyo’s values of accountability and effort. Fluency in Spanish and English, 1+ year in a marketing-technology BDR-like role, and strong communication skills are required. The role is hybrid (3 days in-office in Dublin) with base pay discussed locally and potential total compensation components.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of work experience in inbound or outbound BDR role preferred in marketing technology
  • Fluent Spanish & English (written and verbal) essential
  • ability to develop, test and iterate messaging across channels
