Job Summary
Pick orders using established double-check procedures, organize them on a cart, and carefully package them in suitable boxes with proper dunnage. Double-check picked orders, apply shipping labels and packing lists, and secure large shipments with auto stretch wrap while reviewing and signing Bills of Lading. Provide freight shipping estimates to sales, verify quantities for customer pickups, and assist with loading into customer vehicles. Maintain safety, accuracy, and production standards to support same-day service goals while communicating progress and errors to team leads. Replenish workstations to ensure a clean, organized environment and participate in cross-training opportunities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience using standard warehouse equipment including box cutters, tape guns/machines, computers, telephones, copiers, printers, and fax machines
- Skilled in operating basic tools and equipment including a hand truck and various small hand tools
- Mindful of safety protocols
- Detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a warehouse setting a plus
- Experience with standard warehouse equipment a plus
