Job Summary
The Activator makes outbound calls to customers who purchased a package with Spinnaker, aiming to book travel dates for getaway packages; maintains a minimum number of bookings as directed by management; participates in training; represents the company in a positive and professional manner; and performs related duties and special projects as requested. Strong verbal communication, a customer-service mindset, the ability to stay composed under pressure, and computer literacy are required.
