Outage Scheduler

Outage Scheduler I: assist in developing and analyzing maintenance outage and project schedules using Primavera 6 Professional (P6); responsibilities include schedule maintenance, collecting progress data, developing and implementing project/outage schedule/status reports, and providing accurate information to the project/outage execution team. Outage Scheduler II: develop, maintain and analyze outage and project schedules with front-end loaded and fully integrated, resource-loaded, and leveled logic-driven schedules; perform schedule development for moderately complex projects/outages, maintain baseline and active schedules, analyze metrics, and provide periodic status reports. Requires aligning personal goals with the organization’s strategic plan and participating in meetings with project/outage groups. Proficiency in Primavera 6 Professional and MS Office is essential, along with the ability to perform schedule analysis, site surveys, and coordinate with contract personnel.
