Job Summary
Outage Planner responsible for developing fully resourced outage plans, reviewing and improving plans using lessons learned from previous outages, monitoring outage progress and updating plans at defined intervals, identifying risks/constraints and resolving issues, and managing changes to plans during preparation and execution. Requires 2+ years of project planning or scheduling experience in a technical environment, proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, ability to develop and manage logic linked project plans with resource allocation, experience in engineering or industrial environments in regulated industries, an HNC or equivalent qualification, and eligibility for UK Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) security vetting.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years project planning or scheduling experience in a technical environment
- Using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling activities
- Developing and managing logic linked project plans with resource allocation
- Working within an engineering or industrial environment in a regulated industry
- HNC or equivalent qualification in an engineering or scientific discipline
- To be appointed to this role, meet the criteria for Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) Security Vetting, which will ordinarily require residency in the UK for at least three of the past five years
