Job Summary
Conduct out-patient mental health therapy for children and adolescents within the Forsyth County Schools setting. Collaborate with administration, school counselors, teachers, and parents to integrate treatment approaches. Complete intake, agency screening tools, clinical assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Provisional license holders will receive supervision. Located in Winston-Salem, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed therapist specializing in mental health
- Primary working with children and adolescents
- One of the following NC licenses (LCMH, LCMHA, LCSW, LCSWA, or LMFT) that can be verified on the North Carolina Boards
- Ability to work within the school setting
- Experience working with administration, school counselors, teachers, and parents
- Ability to incorporate everyone in the treatment
- Ability to complete intake
- Ability to complete agency screening tools
- Ability to complete clinical assessment
- Ability to complete treatment plans
- Ability to complete progress notes
